Returns & Exchanges at Sophia Jewelers

We want you to treasure your Sophia Jewelers pieces forever, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved jewelry and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
